PJ Brunet

History

PJ started building online services in 1987. As a freshman at University of Florida he coded a web reporting system for IBM management in Boca Raton. After graduating a Bachelor of Fine Arts, PJ moved to California and wrote Perl and PHP analytics scripts on Venice Beach from a Ricochet wireless modem.

In 2004, he moved to Texas and jumped on the blogging bandwagon, writing about art & web technology at Knowingart.com. While studying Magazine Article Writing in San Antonio, he picked up on social media trends with the help of a custom keyword tracker plugin for WordPress, launching his blog network to 12 million pageviews and 50,000 comments.
